FundFlow USA is committed to providing quality leads to our lending professionals. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for lead credit purchases.

2. Credit Purchases

Lead credits are digital products purchased through our platform. Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All credit purchases are final once processed
  • Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment
  • Credits do not expire and remain valid as long as your account is active

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

Unused Credits

If you have purchased credits and have not used any of them, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Invalid Lead Information

If you unlock a lead and discover that the contact information is invalid (e.g., disconnected phone number, fake name), you may request a credit refund for that specific lead. To qualify:

  • Request must be submitted within 48 hours of unlocking the lead
  • You must provide documentation of attempted contact
  • Refund is issued as account credit, not cash

Duplicate Leads

If you unlock a lead and it is a duplicate of a lead you have already unlocked from our platform, contact support within 24 hours for a credit refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Leads where the consumer does not respond to contact attempts
  • Leads where the consumer does not qualify for your financing products
  • Leads where the consumer changes their mind about financing
  • Leads unlocked more than 48 hours ago (for quality claims)
  • Partially used credit packages
  • Account terminations due to Terms of Service violations

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email our support team at refunds@fundflowusa.com with:
    • Your account email address
    • Lead ID (for lead-specific refunds)
    • Reason for refund request
    • Any supporting documentation
  2. Allow 3-5 business days for review
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

6. Refund Methods

Approved refunds may be issued as:

  • Account Credit: Credits added back to your FundFlow USA account (default for lead quality issues)
  • Original Payment Method: Refund to the card used for purchase (for unused credit packages only)

7. Chargebacks

We encourage users to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Chargebacks result in additional fees and may lead to account suspension. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through our support channels.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
